Sadly,
due to the BVSC A team not having sufficient players
to compete for the 2008/09 season, there will
be no further score updates, statistics or match
reports on this page. The shortfall was due to
some players transferring to other clubs during
the summer months. Due to this, Paul Haywood (A
team captain) was unable to keep the team going
and he has since transferred to the BVSC B team.
A great pity as we saw the A team climb from the
Division Seven, in the early-mid nineties, to
Divison One a few seasons ago, where the team
had stayed ever since.
